SANTA PAULA : Late Rides Delay Start of Carnival
A Santa Paula carnival scheduled to begin this week has been postponed because several rides have not arrived.
Frontier Shows Carnival is transporting the rides from New Mexico, said Jim Tovias, Santa Paula Mexican-American Chamber of Commerce secretary.
The carnival was slated Thursday through Sunday in Veterans Memorial Park. It will now take place March 19 to 22 at the park.
