Jacob’s Story Is a Moving One

I kept the article and Jacob’s picture by my bedside. He is a beautiful child, and I cry and pray every day for him. Please find a way for me to help--he has touched me very deeply. I am 34 years old and have three healthy children for which I am very grateful, but I want so much to do something.
