Professor Selected for Curriculum Project
Edward Rocklin, associate professor of English and foreign languages at Cal Poly Pomona, has been selected by the American Council of Learned Societies as a fellow in a national school curriculum development project.
The $45,000 fellowship will be for one year, beginning in August.
Rocklin will be a visiting scholar at UCLA, working with public school teachers to create new study materials in the humanities. He will also research a book on new concepts in teaching literature and composition.
