Next in Line: Meanwhile, the Swedish Film Institute has nominated “Anglagard,” or “Angel Manor,” for the best foreign-language film Oscar to replace “The Best Intentions.” The latter film was declared ineligible by the Motion Picture Academy because it appeared on Swedish television as a series before being released as a feature film in other countries.
