* Jim Baker has been appointed vice president of sales for Lannet Inc. in Huntington Beach, a computer networking products company. He succeeds Ken Bennett, who assumes the newly created position of vice president of strategic accounts. Baker previously held position at Synoptics and Network Peripherals. In addition, Mike Arredondo has been appointed director of Western area sales. Arredondo comes to Lannet from Fibermux, where he was director of sales. Mark Seamans has been promoted to the newly created position of national systems engineering manager, responsible for all of the company’s systems engineers nationwide. And Craig Johnson has joined the company as director of product marketing. He previously held senior marketing positions at Asante, Ungermann-Bass and Synoptics.
