ORLANDO, Fla. —
A man accused of shoplifting souvenirs at the Universal Studios theme park may be the No. 2 leader of Colombia’s Medellin drug cartel, said authorities who held him without bond.
Victor Hugo Polo, 24, of Miami, was ordered held on a federal warrant accusing him of distributing cocaine and of being the Medellin cartel’s second-ranking member behind Pablo Escobar, police Lt. Bob Goldman said Sunday.
