SilentRadio Completes Private Stock Placement

SilentRadio Inc., a Chatsworth maker of electronic moving-message displays, said it completed a $1-million private placement of stock.

The company said it would use the money for working capital purposes, including the production and sale of its products. The private placement, which was oversubscribed, was for a minimum of $250,000 and a maximum of $1 million.
