Triconex Corp.: The Irvine-based company said Monday that it has completed the acquisition of Precision Light Measurement Systems Ltd., a Plymouth, England-based manufacturer of infrared combustible gas detection systems, for about $1.9 million. Precision Light’s systems are used to monitor the presence of combustible gases at oil and gas refineries. The company’s customers include Shell, British Petroleum and Texaco. Triconex makes safety shut-off systems for industrial plants and refineries. Its customers include Baltimore Gas and Electric, Chevron, Exxon and Mobil.
