Santa Ana-Based B.P. Pacifica to Be Acquired by Florida Firm

Marbledge Group Inc., a company based in Lake Worth, Fla., said Thursday it has agreed to acquire Santa Ana-based B.P. Pacifica Inc. and Alhambra-based California Marble Co. Terms of the two acquisitions were not released.

Former owners of B.P. Pacifica and California Marble will operate the California companies, both of which sell, fabricate and install marble and granite.
