AmeriQuest Technologies Creates VP Post

* Howard Crystal has been appointed to the newly created position of senior vice president for marketing and purchasing at AmeriQuest Technologies Inc., an Irvine distributor of computer products. Crystal has 18 years of management experience in computer technology, distribution and sales, including senior vice president for sales and marketing at Tech Data and as vice president and general manager at Arrow Electronics’ Commercial Systems division.

* Robert E. Stockwell has been appointed vice president and senior manager at Sanwa Bank California’s East Anaheim office. He was previously senior vice president and regional manager for City National Bank’s Lido Village office.

* Billur Wallerich has been appointed director of community relations for South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. She was formerly public relations manager for Neiman Marcus at Fashion Island and, before that, publicity and fashion director of Saks Fifth Avenue at South Coast Plaza.
