Alpha Systems Lab Inc.: The multimedia company announced Monday it has introduced a new video package allowing users to view and speak with each other on personal computers connected through standard telephone lines.

The system will also enable users to send documents and illustrations to each other during a conversation, according to company officials.

The package, priced at $1,100, includes a fast modem and software to process the video signals. Alpha Systems in Irvine offers an optional, $395 color video camera to be used with the package as well.
