Fluor, Mobile Systems Reach Market Accord

Fluor Corp. and Mobile Systems International said Wednesday they have agreed to work together to provide consulting and construction for companies entering the personal communications service market. Mobile Systems, a privately held company in Chicago, was a consultant on the construction of the nation’s first two PCS networks. Pat Flaherty, spokesman for Fluor’s telecommunications division, said the two companies’ goal is to win contracts by combining their strengths.
