Smartflex Systems Inc.: The proposed acquisition of the Tustin electronics manufacturer by Group Technologies Corp. in Tampa has been canceled. Group Technologies, also an electronics manufacturer, had announced the prospective purchase in mid-March but could not arrange financing to close the deal.
