Ropak Corp.: The Fullerton maker of plastic packaging and handling products posted first-quarter profit of $719,000, or 14 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $273,000, or 6 cents a share, for the 1994 period. Sales rose 38% to $34.4 million from $25 million. The company said the major reason for the revenue increase was higher selling prices due to resin cost increases.
