Blaze Destroys Mission Viejo Home
MISSION VIEJO —
Fire destroyed one home, leaving a family homeless, and damaged several others Tuesday, a Orange County Fire Authority spokeswoman said.
Firefighters responded to the blaze at 22192 Falencia at 4:16 p.m. and found the home fully engulfed, the spokeswoman said. The fire was put out by 4:30 p.m. The blaze caused fire and smoke damage to nearby homes.
The home where the fire started was destroyed. Damage was estimated at $140,000 to the structure and $70,000 to the contents.
