19-Year-Old Man Is Shot in Ventura
VENTURA —
A 19-year-old Ventura man was shot Tuesday night in west Ventura and later was in surgery at Ventura County Medical Center, authorities said.
Ricardo Cardona was shot about 7:25 p.m. in front of 32 Bell Way, Ventura police said.
No suspects were in custody by late Tuesday night.
