Financier Sam Zell sued Rockefeller Center Properties, claiming the company breached parts of an agreement to recapitalize with a $250-million cash infusion from Zell. . . . A statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission last week shows that Warren Buffett’s holdings in Berkshire Hathaway are worth $16.6 billion, propelling him past Microsoft founder Bill Gates as the world’s wealthiest businessman.
