Pedestrian Robs Gas Station, Flees on Foot
A man claiming to be armed robbed a USA Gas station in Ventura on Friday night, Ventura police said.
About 7:45 p.m., the man walked up to the cashier at the station at 1717 S. Victoria Ave., demanded money and said he had a gun in his pocket, police said. The cashier gave the man an undisclosed amount of cash and the man fled on foot.
No weapon was shown and there were no injuries. Police are investigating.
