Pinkerton’s Seeks Listing on N.Y. Stock Exchange

Pinkerton’s Inc., an Encino security and investigation company, said it has applied to list its stock on the New York Stock exchange.

The company said it expects its shares will begin trading under the symbol PKT next week.

Pinkerton’s has 45,000 employees and 220 offices worldwide.
