VitalCom Inc.: The Tustin company, which makes communications networks for the health-care industry, said it lost $2.2 million, or 27 cents a share, for the third quarter, contrasted with net income of $306,550, or 5 cents a share, for the comparable period last year. Revenue declined 50%, to $2.9 million from $5.8 million. The company said it lost $2.4 million, or 32 cents a share, for the nine months, contrasted with net income of $885,930, or 16 cents a share, for the first three quarters of 1995. Revenue was down 6%, to $14.9 million from $15.8 million.
