From Times Wire Reports

A U.S. Army sergeant accused of raping or sexually harassing female recruits went on trial in the second military court proceedings to examine allegations of sexual abuse at a Darmstadt training center. Sgt. Paul Fuller, 25, is charged with 17 counts, including rape and attempted rape. The court last week cleared Sgt. 1st Class Julius Davis of six rape charges but convicted him of multiple counts of indecent assault. Fuller and Davis are two of three Army sergeants charged in the scandal that surfaced at Darmstadt in February. A trial has not yet been ordered for the third.
