InSight Acquisition

InSight Health Services Corp., in a move to enter the Las Vegas market, said Thursday it agreed to acquire Mountain Diagnostics, an outpatient imaging center. Terms were not disclosed.

InSight said the transaction is expected to close later this month. Newport Beach-based InSight Health provides diagnostic imaging and information, treatment and related management services.
