* Scotts Valley-based Borland International Inc. said it will introduce new application software and its reorganized services unit this week as it refocuses its strategy for future growth. Chief Executive Delbert Yocam also said the maker of software programming tools and applications-management software is seeking acquisitions to enhance its product line, gain new technology and build up its services unit.
