Hung Ngo is butting heads with the city’s bus service. More accurately, perhaps, the buses are butting into him.

For the sixth time in 3 1/2 years, an unmanned Municipal Railway bus crashed into Ngo’s home near Ocean Beach.

“We’re still waiting for the city to settle our claim for damage in the last accident,” he said last week.

That was on New Year’s Day last year. Ngo, who wasn’t home during the latest crash, is still being treated for a neck injury sustained in the 1997 accident, which knocked him off his couch.167772161 The crashes began shortly after the bus service moved the terminal for two lines by half a block.

“In almost every instance, it involved parked and unattended buses that began to roll,” spokesman Alan Siegel said.

After last year’s accident, the service put in speed bumps and gave the drivers blocks to place under the tires. But because the hill isn’t very steep, they sometimes forget, Siegel said.
