Celebrities, Skiers Join in Fund-Raiser
Celebrities and professional skiers will team up to raise money for homeless veterans Saturday at Snow Summit Mountain Resort in Big Bear.
Team competitions between Hollywood stars and professional skiers from the televised Men’s World Pro Ski Tour will be featured. Proceeds will provide food, shelter and clothing for homeless veterans in Orange County. The event is sponsored by Veterans Charities of Orange County.
The day’s event starts with a race clinic at 10 a.m. Individual tickets are $275 and include the price of a lift ticket and the clinic. Corporate sponsorships are available at $1,000.
