Seminar Slated on Property Tax Appeals

Are you paying too much in property taxes now that the economy is recovering? The clerk of the Board of Supervisors will hold an assessment appeals seminar Aug. 6 at 7 p.m.

The program will give an overview of the appeals process. There will be a question and answer session, designed to let property owners figure out if they have a valid appeal for the July-September filing period.
