Investigators for the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department are asking the public for help in locating three fugitives wanted in connection with crimes ranging from drug use to a probation violation.

Javier Lopez Hernandez, 33, a convicted burglar and thief, is wanted in connection with another theft in February 1997. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

He has prior addresses in Oxnard and near Ventura Avenue in Ventura. His last employment was as a construction worker.

Hernandez, also known as Javier Hernandez Lopez, is Latino, 5 feet 8 and 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a scar on his nose and forehead.

Hernandez has a heart and the name “Debbie” tattooed on his right arm. On his left hand, there is a tattoo of the letter H.

Authorities are also searching for Pamela Lee Jackson, who was arrested on suspicion of possessing dangerous drugs and being under the influence of drugs in November 1996. A warrant was issued for her arrest last July after prosecutors filed formal charges.

Jackson’s last known address was 1500 S. Oxnard Blvd., #5, and she has lived in the La Colonia area.

Jackson, 52, is black, 5 feet 5 and 145 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

Authorities are also searching for Richard Hardman, who violated the terms of his probation on a burglary conviction. Hardman was jailed on the violation but fled the area after posting bail, authorities said.

His last known address was in the 3400 block of Highwood Avenue in Simi Valley.

Hardman, 26, is white, 5 feet 10 and 160 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes. He has faces tattooed on his back.
