Allergan Inc.: The Irvine health care company reported a third-quarter net loss of $31.4 million, or 48 cents a share, including a restructuring charge of $62.8 million and a charge of $36 million in asset write-offs. A year ago, the company posted net income of $43.6 million, or 66 cents a share. Sales rose 12% to $321.2 million from 287.7 million.
