The Residents Reform Committee of Leisure World will meet Friday to discuss what its members consider to be mismanagement by the community’s oversight bodies. The committee claims that Professional Community Management has positioned its contract with homeowners groups so that it has minimal liability. Committee member John Lathrop said the committee will devise a way to reconfigure its contract with the management company so liability is shared.
