SAN CLEMENTE
Lynn Hughes, marine safety and recreation manager for the city, will speak to the San Clemente Beach Committee tonight about beach users, lifeguard and law enforcement services, and aesthetic features of local beaches. The committee will also review the Parks and Recreation Master Plan pertaining to beach services.
