Radiance Medical Systems Inc.

The Irvine medical products company said it lost $767,000, or 7 cents a share, in the third quarter, including a gain of $109,000 on the sale of an option to purchase an investment. A year earlier, the company posted a net loss of $1.4 million, or 16 cents a share. Revenue fell 55% to $1.5 million.
