The Foothill Ranch Civic Council will unstraddle the fence Tuesday and announce its support of the city’s proposed annexation of residential Foothill Ranch.
The Civic Council has remained neutral on Lake Forest’s latest attempt to extend its boundaries since December, when the city submitted applications to annex Foothill Ranch and Portola Hills, a large part of Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park and the Foothill Ranch Market Place.
The Orange County Local Agency Formation Commission will consider the request at a public hearing March 8.
