Monument Funds Group named Daiwa Securities’ Bob Grandhi to replace Alexander Cheung as manager of Monument Internet Fund. Cheung, who led the fund to a 273% return in 1999, plans to start his own firm. Monument also named Grandhi, a technology analyst and portfolio manager for more than 20 years, executive vice president and chief investment officer of the fund group. . . . In what could be the largest U.S. initial offering ever, AT&T; Corp. (T) hopes to raise up to $11.5 billion from the sale of its wireless tracking stock. The company said in its latest SEC filing Tuesday that it plans to offer 360 million shares at $26 to $32.
