The local Rotary Club will host its second annual Wine Auction and Food Festival at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Village Crean in Newport Beach. Vacation packages and wine are some of the items the club plans to place on the auction block. Proceeds will be used for charity. Tickets are $50.
