* Glenn P. Russell has resigned as chairman of the board and a director for PASW Inc. in Newbury Park to pursue other business activities.

The board of directors appointed William E. Sliney to replace him as chairman and a director. Sliney will continue as company president and chief financial officer.

PASW, formerly Pacific Softworks Inc., develops software for the accumulation and storage of data.
