IMC Gets $30 Million More for Development

Internet Machines Corp. of Agoura Hills announced it has received $30 million in second-round venture funding to accelerate growth and development of next-generation networking products.

The funding was led by Meritech Capital Partners and includes additional investments from the current investor, Redpoint Ventures, and several others.

To date, IMC has raised more than $40 million since the company’s founding in January and has invested heavily in developing and commercializing next-generation networking platform solutions. IMC develops platform solutions based on networking semiconductor devices, used in building next-generation carrier network and Internet infrastructure equipment.
