Morin Taking Charge at IndX Software

Dennis R. Morin has been appointed chairman, president and chief executive of IndX Software Corp. in Aliso Viejo. Morin, who has been a member of the board of directors for two years, is the founder and former chief executive of Wonderware Corp., a software developer acquired in 1998 by a British firm, Siebe Plc. IndX founder Michael R. Gonzalez, who had been president and chief executive since the software development company’s inception in 1996, will remain as executive vice president, strategy and business development.

* John Laskey has joined the board of directors of Junum Inc. in Costa Mesa. He was formerly chief financial officer and vice president of finance at Quest Software Inc. Laskey was also chief financial officer and vice president, finance at Continuus Software Corp., and vice president, finance and principal accounting officer at FileNet Corp.

* David Myers has been named vice president and director of human resources at ITT Industries, Cannon in Santa Ana. He had been director, human resources for Cannon in North America and the Far East. Myers joined the company in 1985 as director of employee relations at Cannon Military/Aerospace division and later served as director, human resources at Cannon North America.
