SI Technologies’ 2nd-Quarter Profit Falls 30%

SI Technologies Inc., a Tustin designer and manufacturer of industrial sensors, weighing and factory automation equipment and systems, and related products, reported second-quarter net income of $19,000, or 1 cent a share, down 30% from $27,000, or 1 cent a share, a year earlier. Revenue for the quarter ended Jan. 31 declined 4% to $9.6 million.
