Microsoft Corp. said its MSN Internet access service added 700,000 net new subscribers in the U.S. last quarter, and subscribers also grew for fee-based consumer Internet services. MSN, the No.2 U.S. Internet access provider, has 7.7 million access subscribers, the company said. That contrasts with more than 33 million for AOL Time Warner Inc.’s America Online, the largest Internet access service.
