This French Revival-style home is the third residence designed by the same architect for the same couple.

Now, the couple are planning their next home, which he also will design. Santa Monica-based architect Richard Landry of Landry Design Group Inc. created this home primarily for entertaining.

The house was completed in 2000 and is in Beverly Park, a guard-gated Beverly Hills-area community. It has a large dining room, a covered loggia and an outdoor fireplace and two guest houses.
