Faulting the FERC
Re “Energy Monitor Failed to Do Job,” June 18: I seem to remember Gov. Gray Davis making the claim that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission was asleep at the power switch months ago.
Well, the governor clearly knew what he was talking about. Now maybe the federal government will follow Davis’ advice and order refunds for California and extend energy price caps past September.
