Moussaoui Protests Mental Exam Order

VIRGINIA
Zacarias Moussaoui, the only person charged thus far in connection with the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, has appealed to a U.S. Court of Appeals to overturn an order requiring him to undergo a mental health exam and another order naming his defense attorneys.
According to court documents filed in Richmond, Moussaoui--who wants to represent himself--opposes U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema’s April 22 order for a mental health evaluation.
