From Times Wire Reports

Despite defense challenges, a prosecution witness stood by her testimony that Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel never left his Greenwich neighborhood the night Martha Moxley was beaten to death.

Andrea Shakespeare Renna, a friend of one of Skakel’s sisters, testified May 9 that Skakel did not go with his brothers to a cousin’s home. Skakel’s relatives have said Skakel was at his cousin’s home about the time the defense suggests Moxley was killed. The visit is a crucial part of Skakel’s alibi.

Renna said that even though she doesn’t remember seeing Skakel in his house, she still doesn’t think he made the trip to his cousin’s.
