Cause Sought for Crash That Killed Woman, 35

An investigation continued Tuesday to determine the cause of an accident that killed a 35-year-old woman.
Tammy Lynn Fowler of Laguna Niguel was dead at the scene of the 9:33 p.m. accident Monday, officials said. Fowler was making a left turn onto Marina Hills Drive from Tessier Street when her vehicle was struck, police said. The other driver suffered minor injuries.
