A makeover for Sgt. Pepper’s art
Artist Sir Peter Blake has revamped his collage for the legendary cover of the 1967 Beatles album, “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band,” to make it more representative of the Fab Four’s Liverpudlian origins, British newspapers reported Friday.
John, Paul, George and Ringo still remain, but Oscar winner Halle Berry features because her mother was born in Liverpool, as does Canadian comedian Mike Myers, whose parents came from the area.
