Flights Halted for Hours After Rose Water Spill

A liquid used to make perfume spilled from an unclaimed bag inside Fort Wayne International Airport, prompting authorities to halt passenger service for 10 hours.
Tests determined that the liquid was concentrated rose water, a mixture containing oil from rose petals, the FBI said.
