U.S. Clears Botox to Treat Severe Sweating

Allergan Inc.’s Botox, an injection used to smooth facial wrinkles, won U.S. regulatory approval as a treatment for severe underarm sweating.
The Food and Drug Administration approved Botox for treating underarm sweating that can’t be controlled with products applied to the skin, Allergan said.
Allergan shares fell 15 cents to $73.50 on the NYSE.
