There is a very simple and much less costly solution for transporting Pamela McMahan’s cocker spaniel through the hallways of her condo. There are enclosed pet strollers advertised on the Internet or in catalogs from about $80 and up. Probably most pet supply stores would have them or could order one for her as well.
