Bashes to be the living end of ’06

So here’s the ticket everyone’s bugging me about: The Alliance’s New Year’s Eve blowout at Les Deux Cafe, which is being hosted by the celebutantes of MTV’s “The Hills,” as well as Alliance heavies Josh Richman and Hartwell and promoter Kevin Todd. And just to spice things up, DJ Lethal from House of Pain will be spinning.... Casey’s Irish Bar & Grille in downtown L.A. has packages starting at $50 for DJs, drinking and overall mayhem. Among the perks: top-shelf liquor and an after-hours party that continues until “whenever.” ... Veteran nightlife promoter Steve Dimon is hosting a decadent New Year’s Eve party at the Renaissance Hotel and its Grand Ballroom in Hollywood, with prices starting at $100.... Aside from hurling at the Derby after mixing Champagne and tequila in ‘95, my favorite New Year’s Eve memories are courtesy of veteran promoter Joseph Brooks, who likes to mix the new with the old in the form of live gothic entertainment and amazing DJs. This year, head to Tempest in West Hollywood for his twisted fun. And Brooks himself will tweak the turntables around midnight. Price is $20.

Hold on, we found a few more

Jason Lavitt is rocking the Ruby with Beat It!, his always fab multilayered disco. This NYE, he’s ringing it in with plenty of ‘80s, electro, pop and glam rock, all for a starting price of $20.... Look for burlesque dancers aplenty at the new Bordello (formerly Little Pedro’s) on NYE. The downtown spot is flying in DJs from around the globe as well as first-rate eye candy for the boys. And it’s only $10.... Hip-hop heads will want to mosey on down to Vault 350 in Long Beach, where DJ Quik, 2nd II None and AMG are scheduled to perform and packages start at $50.... And for those who want to surf in the new year in fine style, check out the Bomboras at the Vine Street Lounge. The surf-guitar band is playing its first reunion show in seven years. Cowabunga, it’s only $20.
