Cool sensations on the ice

An all-new production of Stars on Ice is coming to the Southland this weekend. The new show, “Double Exposure: The Many Lives of Figure Skaters,” will feature Olympic gold medalists Ilia Kulik and Ekaterina Gordeeva, Olympic pair champions Jamie Sale and David Pelletier plus Alexei Yagudin, Todd Eldredge, Yuka Sato, Jason Dungjen, Steven Cousins, Michael Weiss and other top figure-skating stars. The new show promises to explore the skaters’ personal goals, secret wishes and dreams enhanced by choreography, music, lighting and state-of-the-art theatrical technology.
